It is a very exciting time at Better Health Practices, with a lot of pregnant mums nearing the end of their pregnancy. Chiropractic is an integral part of many women’s pregnancy and birth care, helping to keep back pain at bay, and at the same time helping with optimal foetal positioning so as to make birthing easier.
