Sarah, our massage therapist, has just completed a Baby in Mind massage course and is excited to share this with mothers/carers and new babies aged 0-8 months.
The course runs for 1 hour for 5 consecutive weeks and Sarah wants to start the course in July. Mothers/carers have a chance in each session to learn massage techniques, recognise baby cues, meet other mothers and most importantly, have fun with their baby.
